Jean Jacques Borno holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) professional designations. The CIMA designation requires its licensees to maintain twenty hours of continuing education (CE) each year. The ChFC requires it designees to maintain fifteen hours of CE each year.

What is an investment policy statement and why is it important?
An Investment Policy Statement (IPS) is a written strategic plan for managing your investment portfolio. It covers your investment objectives, your tolerance of risk, your asset allocation strategy, and your criteria for selecting investments. Your IPS can serve as a benchmark to measure success and monitor results.
Where are my assets held?
A qualified brokerage custodian such as Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, or Pershing Advisor Services holds your assets.
How often do I receive my statements?
Your qualified custodian (such as Charles Schwab Institutional, TD Ameritrade Institutional, Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, or Pershing Advisor Services) will send you statements monthly, or quarterly when there is not any investment activity. In addition, you can visit the custodian's website to get updated account information. Performance review statements are sent on a quarterly basis.
How often will we meet?
Under normal market conditions, we offer to meet with our clients on a quarterly or semi-annual basis. When markets are volatile, we may communicate more often.
Can you coordinate my wealth planning with my attorney and CPA?
Yes. To help clients manage their wealth, we can collaborate and plan with our client's trusted advisors, and we can provide a secure environment to exchange information.

TOTALVIEW is Private Wealth CFOs' account aggregation tool. TOTALVIEW offers a holistic view of each client's' assets and liabilities. In addition, TOTALVIEW updates the account balances nightly.
Do you offer performance reporting for all my assets?
Yes. Many of our clients are looking for one source to track their progress towards achieving their goals. Our account aggregation tool allows us to report performance or values on 401ks, IRAs, private investments, brokerage accounts that we do not manage ourselves, stock option plans, checking accounts, etc.
